One might wonder whether the crushing reviews of my last show were the reason for such a long gap between performances. In part this was true, but primarily I was travelling the world at this point of my life. Working as a teacher I was using London as a base of operations: working for several weeks before backing packing around a country of choice until the money ran out and I was forced to return the the concrete jungle that was London. At one school in each London, the local community had put on a show of Oliver. I was given several minor roles and the show ran over a couple of weeks. Nothing about the show was amazing nor was my performances of note... but my acting bug was reawakened. I actively sought out a evening class...
